This is the Norfolk Southern Freight Train, as it was passing by the town of Shirley, Massachusetts, recorded near the station. I caught it as it came from behind the local laundromat, hence the abrupt start.

On a beautiful last Sunday in April, I made a stop at Bound Brook to catch a few trains. They were nothing absolutely outstanding, but they're trains nonetheless. First up is a meet between CSX Q439-29 and Q418-29. Q439 had apparently been sitting at a stop signal at CP BOUND BROOK for a while...

Watching a freight train go by, up close and personal, at the North Leominster (Massachusetts) Train Station. It started at the entrance, as the crew made a pit stop for some food and drink. We start the video with the train inching by the flatform, watching it pass by, and get up to full speed.
